• A 100% refund will be provided if the company fails to deliver the program as committed.

• Kids from 6y to 11y: pay 75%
• Kids from 11y and older: as adults

• Hoi An area: a pick-up/drop-off surcharge applies for hotels such as Hoiana, Bliss, Vinpearl Nam Hoi An, Renaissance Hoi An Resort, etc. — please check the surcharge before booking.
• Da Nang area: a pick-up/drop-off surcharge applies for hotels such as Golden Bay, Mikazuki, etc. for the Ba Na, My Son, Marble Mountain, Eco tours — please check the surcharge before booking.

• Cancellation policy: cancelling more than 12 hours before departure incurs 0% fee; cancelling within 12 hours of departure incurs the cancellation fee shown in the price table above.
• Date-change policy: free of charge if requested more than 12 hours before departure; a 30% fee applies if the change is requested on the day of departure.
